《中华人民共和国防止船舶污染海域管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)已由全国人民代表大会常务委员会通过,业经国务院于1983年12月29日颁发施行。《条例》是《中华人民共和国海洋环境保护法》(以下简称《海洋环境保护法》)的重要组成部分,它的颁发施行,对贯彻落实《海洋环境保护法》,全面保护海洋环境,防止船舶对海洋环境污染损害,维护我国领海主权,全面开发、利用海洋资源,促进我国经济建设的顺利发展具有十分重要的意义。
The Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of the Prevention of Ships Pollution in the Sea Areas (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) were passed by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress and were promulgated on December 29, 1983 by the State Council.
