分析了采用大刃倾角- 拉屑复合切削方法制造连续型金属长纤维时纤维横截面的形成机理。通过试验研究了刀具法向前角、拉屑力和拉屑角等对纤维横截面形状和金相组织的影响。
The formation mechanism of the cross section of the fiber when the continuous metal filament is manufactured by the method of cutting with large inclinations and pulling chips is analyzed. The effects of the tool rake angle, the pulling force and the angle of the pulling chips on the cross section and the microstructure of the fiber were studied.
