针对龙2井液相欠平衡钻井过程中出现的井壁掉块现象,分析了该井井壁垮塌原因,经过及时采取合理的处理措施,及时排除掉块现象,避免了井壁严重坍塌而带来的卡钻等事故,同时也为青海油田鱼卡-马海尕秀斜坡区构造带油气钻探出现的井壁坍塌事故的预防和处理提供了参考依据。
