对国内外优秀跳远运动员的专项速度能力进行分析并进行灰色关联分析。结果表明 ,组成跳远运动员专项速度能力的因素群为 :绝对速度、速度耐力、速度力量、助跑速度等 12项因素。与跳远成绩关联度最大的是立定三级跳远 ,其次是最后 5 0m助跑速度。建议在跳远教学与训练中高度重视专项速度能力的培养 ,并运用所得方程检测评价运动员的速度能力。
The analysis of the special speed ability of the excellent jumpers at home and abroad and the gray relational analysis. The results show that the factors that make up the special speed ability of long jumpers are 12 factors: absolute speed, speed endurance, speed strength and run speed. The most significant correlation with long jump achievement is standing triple jump, followed by the last 0 0m running speed. Proposed in the long jump teaching and training attaches great importance to the development of special speed ability, and the use of the equation to test the evaluation of athletes speed ability.
