目的:观察使用自酸蚀粘结剂合并流动树脂对儿童第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭的临床效果。方法:选择150例6-10岁儿童已完全萌出第一恒磨牙600颗,平均分为2组。实验组采用自酸蚀粘结剂处理牙面后以流动树脂进行窝沟封闭;对照组采用传统35%磷酸酸蚀法处理牙面后以窝沟封闭剂进行窝沟封闭。记录所需操作时间,定期复查6,12,24个月封闭剂保留情况和患龋情况。结果:实验组封闭一颗牙的操作时间为(121±10)s,较对照组(250±12)s短(P<0.01)。封闭后6,12,24个月复查时实验组窝沟封闭剂保留率高于对照组,实验组患龋率低于对照组,除6个月患龋率无差异外,两组材料保留率和患龋率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自酸蚀粘结剂合并流动树脂进行窝沟封闭,能缩短操作时间,提高封闭剂的保留率,能有效预防儿童第一恒磨牙窝沟龋的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of self-etching adhesive and flowable resin on the first permanent molars pit and fissure sealant in children. Methods: 150 children aged 6-10 years were enrolled in the first eruption of 600 permanent molars, divided into two groups on average. The experimental group was treated with self-etching adhesive to treat the dento-fissure sealant with flowable resin, while the control group was treated with pit-ditch sealant by using the traditional 35% phosphoric acid etching method. Record the required operating time, regular review 6,12,24 months blocker retention and caries situation. Results: The operation time of one tooth closed in the experimental group was (121 ± 10) s, shorter than that of the control group (250 ± 12) s (P <0.01). At 6, 12 and 24 months after closure, the retention rate of pit and fissure sealant in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. The caries prevalence rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. There was no difference except caries prevalence in 6 months And caries prevalence differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Self-etching adhesive combined with flowing resin for pit and fissure sealant can shorten the operation time and improve the retention rate of sealant. It can effectively prevent the occurrence of caries in the first permanent molars.
