1 病历摘要患者女,83岁。因右侧头顶部红斑、结节1个月余,加重4 d,于2014年9月26日来我院就诊。患者1个多月前右侧头顶部出现甲盖大红斑,红斑上指头大结节,自觉痒痛,无发热、关节疼痛、头痛等不适,未治疗。此后皮损范围逐渐扩大,结节很快破溃出血,结血痂。4d前患者额部出现条状欠规则鲜红色斑片,右侧面部出现指头至鸽蛋大瘀斑,原有皮损无变化。患者30年前于外院诊断高血压及冠心病。家族成员中无类似疾病患者。
1 patient summary Female patient, 83 years old. Due to the right side of the top of the head erythema, nodules more than 1 month, increased 4 d, on September 26, 2014 to our hospital. More than 1 month before the patient appeared in the top of the nail spot big erythema, erythema on the finger nodules, consciously itch pain, no fever, joint pain, headache and other discomfort, untreated. Since then the lesion gradually expanded, nodules quickly ulcerated bleeding, blood clots. 4d before the patient’s forehead stripes appear regular red patches, the right side of the face to pigeon ecchymosis fingers, the original lesions did not change. Thirty years ago, the patient was diagnosed with hypertension and coronary heart disease outside the hospital. None of the family members had similar disease.
