目为探讨α骨化醇（1α－（OH）D3，霜叶红）治疗慢性肾衰引起继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的疗效。方法口服1α-（OH）D3并同时服用葡萄糖酸钙三个月，观察透析组和非透析组治疗前后血Ca2+、P3-、PTH等变化。结果非透析组治疗后血Ca2+升高（P＜0．05），血P3-下降（P＜0．05）、血PTH明显下降（P＜0．001）。透析组治疗后血Ca2+升高（P＜0．05），血PTH下降（P＜0．001），血P3-虽有下降，但无统计学意义。结论α骨化醇对治疗慢性肾衰继发性甲旁亢，是一种安全有效、价格低廉的药物，与罗钙全，萌格旺有相同作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of α-calcitriol (1α- (OH) D3, cream Ye Hong) on the treatment of chronic renal failure secondary to hyperparathyroidism. Methods Oral administration of 1α- (OH) D3 and simultaneous administration of calcium gluconate for three months were used to observe the changes of blood Ca2 +, P3- and PTH before and after treatment in dialysis group and non-dialysis group. Results After treatment, the blood Ca2 + level increased (P <0.05), blood P3 level decreased (P <0.05), PTH decreased significantly (P <0.001). In the dialysis group, blood Ca2 + level increased (P <0.05), blood PTH level decreased (P <0.001), blood P3-level decreased, but not statistically significant. Conclusions Alpha calciferol is a safe, effective and inexpensive drug for the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in chronic renal failure. It has the same effect with Luo calcium and Menggwangwang.
