本文分析了现有小型机组的温度-变形特点,重点研究了减径前的再加热温度,减径后淬火前的间隔时间和回火温度等工艺因素对组织性能的影响规律。据此确定了合理的工艺参数,选定了冷却器的安装位置,研制了结构新颖、占地面积小、耗水量少、冷却均匀、保证钢管平直度的冷却装置。最后用此工艺及冷却装置成功地将73×5mm的50Mn、35钢管的强度比热轧态提高了200MPa以上且塑性指标仍保持相当高的水平。经批量地质管DZ-55生产、下井使用表明,产品寿命提高了1倍。
In this paper, the temperature-deformation characteristics of the existing small units are analyzed. The influence of the process parameters such as the reheating temperature before reduction, the interval time after quenching before reduction and the tempering temperature on the microstructure and properties are studied emphatically. Based on this, a reasonable process parameters were determined, the installation position of the cooler was selected, and a cooling device with novel structure, small area, less water consumption, uniform cooling and flatness of the steel pipe was developed. Finally, with this process and cooling device, the strength of 73 × 5mm 50Mn, 35 steel pipe is increased by more than 200MPa compared with that of hot rolling, and the plasticity index is still maintained at a relatively high level. The volume of geological pipe DZ-55 production, down use shows that the product life expectancy increased by 1 times.
