中药生产过程提取工段是一个复杂的工业过程,为了充分提取药材中的有效成分,提高产品质量,提出了具有人工智能的模糊自适应PID控制。该控制方法通过分析实时运行情况,根据模糊控制规则对PID调节的各个参数做出在线修正,从而使控制参数按照预定输出达到最优值。实验结果表明,此控制系统使中药生产提取过程取得了良好的控制效果,提高了产品质量的一致性。
Extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine production process is a complex industrial process, in order to fully extract the active ingredients in medicinal herbs, improve product quality, proposed fuzzy adaptive PID control with artificial intelligence. The control method through online analysis of real-time operating conditions, according to the fuzzy control rules on the PID adjustment of the various parameters online correction, so that the control parameters in accordance with the predetermined output to achieve the optimal value. The experimental results show that this control system has made good control effect on the extraction process of Chinese traditional medicine and improved the consistency of product quality.
