引 子 历史是有规律的,历史再一次选择了东北。 中国的版图就像一只振翅欲飞的雄鸡,东北处于鸡头部位。“一唱雄鸡天下白”,共和国工业化高歌猛进首先从这里唱起。东北几乎集中了中国工业化初期绝大部分先导产业:第一座钢铁联合企业,第一个享誉世界的特大型油田,第一座有色金属冶炼企业,第一套电站设备……新中国第一架飞机,第一辆汽车,第一台拖拉机……数不清的第一个从这里诞生。或许今天的人们己经淡忘了,但历史不会忘记,东北对共和国的煌煌贡献彪炳青史。 改革开放以来,计划经济体制下铸就的东北工业体系,在转型过程中不可避免地遇到了暂时的困难,发展速度相对缓慢了。进入21世纪,党中央审时度事,站在全局的战略高度,把振兴东北作为国策、作为战略提出来,历史又一次把东北推向了中国现代化的潮头。 重振雄风,重铸辉煌。我们相信,再过20年,东北,共和国的“长子”还会像巨人一样站在现代化的前沿领跑！
Prose history is regular, history once again chose the northeast. China’s territory is like a rooster fluttering its wings, northeast of the chicken head. “Sing a rooster world white”, the triumphant industrialization of the Republic sings from here. Nearly all the leading industries in northeast China were concentrated in the early days of China’s industrialization: the first steel complex, the first large-scale oilfield world-renowned, the first non-ferrous metal smelting enterprise, the first power plant equipment ... the first in China Aircraft, the first car, the first tractor ... countless first born from here. Perhaps today’s people have forgotten, but history will not forget, the magnificent contribution of the Northeast to the republic of history. Since the reform and opening up, the northeast industrial system created under the planned economy has inevitably encountered temporary difficulties in its transformation and the pace of development has been relatively slow. Entering the 21st century, the party Central Committee has done its due diligence and stood at the strategic height of the overall situation. Taking revitalization of the northeast as its national policy and putting forward it as a strategy, history once again brought northeast China’s tide of modernization. Revive the glory, recast glory. We believe that in the next 20 years, the “eldest son” of the Northeast and the Republic will also stand at the forefront of modernization like a giant!
