我厂过去加工小型混流式转轮叶片出水边是在铣床上进行的。而加工大型转轮叶片还是首次。我厂无落地镗,加工有困难。经过“三结合”讨论,决定用立式车床来加工。先将叶片划好线,然后按划线将几个叶片组合起来,使出水道在同一平面上,而后固定在工字钢底座上。加工质量达到要求。右图所示为已装上立车的叶片。
