全国优秀旅游城市恩施州地处武汉和重庆两大“火炉”之间,是最适宜人类居住的地区之一,随着恩施旅游业的不断发展,恩施旅游人才需求情况正发生着巨大的变化,为了使恩施职业技术学院旅游专业的开办更紧密地贴近恩施州域旅游产业发展与旅游企业人才需求的实际,更好地服务于恩施州旅游产业,作者综合运用了问卷调查、现场访谈和专家座谈等多种调研方法,对州内旅游人才需求状况进行社会调研,分析了恩施州旅游人才现状。
