本文旨在探讨固有心率的简便测定方法、较可靠的诊断标准,并对其临床意义进行初步讨论。资料和方法病例选择:病窦组29例,平均年龄61±8.6岁(39～77岁),男性18例,女性11例。诊断标准参照蒋文平等的报道。对照组36例,平均年龄54.3±10.6岁(39～76岁),其中男性26例,女性10例,均无病窦临床及电生理表现。固有心率(IHR_0)测定方法:(1)蒋文平方案:以阿托品2mg+心得安5mg,3分钟内静注,取用药后5～10分钟心率,其诊断病窦标准 This article aims to explore the simple determination of intrinsic heart rate, more reliable diagnostic criteria, and its clinical significance of a preliminary discussion.
