The project of “Application Research of Prestressed Concrete Monolithic Sliding Table Top in Concrete Member Plant” jointly undertaken by the Fourth Engineering Company of Hunan Province and the Department of Civil Engineering of Hunan University passed the technical appraisal in December 1989. This project established open-air mixing through the theoretical study of the calculation model of the temperature stress of open-air concrete slabs, the cracking mechanism, and the reasonable structural level.
