上半年,国民经济继续朝着宏观调控的预期方向发展,增长动力逐步从政策刺激向自主增长有序转变,运行态势总体良好。但国内市场价格涨幅有所扩大,节能降耗形势严峻,中小企业生产经营环境趋紧,国际形势依然复杂多变。国民经济运行的基本情况初步测算,上半年国内生产总值204459亿元,同比增长9.6%。分产业看,第一产业增加值15700亿元,增长3.2%;第二产业增加值102178亿元,增长11.0%;第三产业增加值86581亿元,增长9.2%。(一)农业生产总体稳定,夏粮生产获得丰收。

In terms of industries, the added value of the primary industry was 1.57 trillion yuan, up 3.2%. The added value of the secondary industry was 10.2178 trillion yuan, up 11.0%. The added value of the tertiary industry was 8.66581 trillion yuan, up 9.2%. (I) Overall agricultural production is stable with a good harvest in summer grain production.
