对于煤矿一般巷道的掘进,应编制掘进作业规程,制定安全技术措施,而针对巷道掘进和巷道支护方面,须加大监管力度,突出安全监管中的检查主要项目,确保本质安全型矿井。
For general tunneling of coal mines, it is necessary to formulate tunneling procedures and formulate safety technical measures. For tunneling and roadway support, supervision should be intensified to highlight the main items of inspection in safety supervision and ensure intrinsically safe mines.
