经过同志们几十年的努力，我国探矿工程工作目前已走上了稳步前进、健康发展的道路。特别令人欣喜的是，随着边缘科学的发展和相互渗透，探矿工程已初步建立了自己的基础理论，形成一门独立的学科，探矿设备状况大为改善，工艺技术水平迅速提高，生产效率不断增长。但是，由于生产管理工作仍未摆脱落后局面，在生产指标间已经形成了新的不平衡。加强管理工作已经到了刻不容缓的地步。为此我建议：
