邓小平政治体制改革理论的主要特点是 :发展了传统的马克思主义国家学说和政治制度理论 ;从上层建筑与经济基础二者关系的基本理论出发 ,提出并强调改革的必要性、紧迫性 ;强调政治体制改革不能脱离中国的国情 ;提出中国的政治体制改革 ,仍然有从思想政治上继续肃清封建主义残余影响的任务 ;高度突出制度建设在政治体制改革中的地位
