从当前情况看,全区党委系统督查工作的发展势头是好的.主要表现在:督查工作纳入了党委工作系统的运行机制,地委领导亲自部署、指导和参与督查上作,促使各级领导转变作风,落实各项政策收到了显著的实绩;各级各部门设置督查机构和配备专兼职督查人员,形成了督查网络;各级部门从实际出发,建立了自己的一套工作程序、工作制度使督查工作正逐步朝着正规化的方向发展.
