05年新公司法吸收公司人格否认法理,但条文规定过于原则化,同时相应的司法解释尚未出台,从条文释义角度分析公司法人格否认法理有其现实意义。
In 2005, the new company law absorbs corporate personality denying jurisprudence. However, the provisions of the articles are too generalized.
