目的:探讨超声引导下多功能射频治疗仪(射频自凝刀)治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法:选择适宜采用射频自凝刀治疗的子宫肌瘤患者48例,在B超监视和引导下将射频自凝刀经阴道、宫颈介入到肌瘤内凝固肌瘤组织。结果:治疗后6个月随访48例,总有效率为95.83%,其中黏膜下肌瘤治愈率为100.00%。结论:射频自凝刀治疗子宫肌瘤是一种能保留子宫的安全、疗效肯定的微创治疗技术,操作简单,易推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided multi-function radiofrequency ablation instrument (radiofrequency coagulation knife) in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods: Forty-eight patients with uterine leiomyoma who were treated with radiofrequency coagulation knife were selected. Under radiography and guidance of B-ultrasound, they were transvaginated from vaginal coagulation to cervical fibroids. Results: 48 cases were followed up 6 months after treatment, the total effective rate was 95.83%. The cure rate of submucosal fibroids was 100.00%. Conclusion: Radiofrequency coagulation knife treatment of uterine fibroids is a minimally invasive treatment technology that can keep the uterus safe and effective. It is easy to operate and easy to popularize.
