省劳动保障部门为职工追回工资3229万元针对以往两节期间屡屡发生企业、单位和建筑工地拖欠职工工资的现象,全省各级劳动保障部门进一步加大劳动监察执法力度,通过近两个月的努力,共为2.4万名职工追回被拖欠的工资哭29万元。一些外地打工仔反映,辛苦一年最怕拿不到工资,无法回家过年。企业拖欠职工工资,不仅侵犯了职工的合法权益,还影响了社会的安定与团结。去年12月以来,各级劳动保障部门一方面以用工年检为突破口,开展抽查性监察,在及时纠正和依法规范企业用工行为的同时,严厉打击和杜绝企业无故克扣、拖欠职工工资等违法行为。另一方面,积极参与“110”的社会联动,及时受理查处因拖欠职工工资而引发的群体性突发性事件,预防和减少突发性劳动纠纷的发生。
