第一冶炼厂铜电气收尘回收的烟尘,成份非常复杂(Cu6~12%、Pb14~28%、As5~13%、Zn4~9%、S10~15%、Fe2~3%、SiO_22~3%、CaO0.3~0.5%、Au3~8克/吨、Ag340~640克/吨、Sn2~3%、Ni0.3~0.4%、Bi0.5~0.8%、Sb0.8~1.5%),更由于过去所采用的流程不当,不仅造成有价金属的过多损失,同时又引起了生产上的操作困难。在积存下来的铜烟灰中,仅就铜、铅、锌、铋、锡五项金属而言,价值就在200万元以上。为了解决物资积压、达到原料综合利用、简化生产流程,我们根据苏联专家建议和有关资料的记载,并结合目前现有设备情况,进行了迴转窑分离法和反射炉熔析法的试验研究。
