热轧层流冷却(层冷)系统能源消耗高,自动控制水平低。本文通过热轧层冷系统工艺及能耗的分析,采用变频技术并制定相应的智能控制模型和策略,降低能耗。
Hot-rolled laminar cooling (stratified cooling) system consumes high energy consumption and low level of automatic control. In this paper, through the analysis of process and energy consumption of hot-rolled cold-bed system, frequency conversion technology and corresponding intelligent control model and strategy are adopted to reduce energy consumption.
