社会主义市场经济条件下,事业单位的人力资源管理方式正在不断的改革创新以适应新的发展环境,现阶段作为事业单位人力资源管理单位中的重点建设对象,绩效考核对于激发职工的工作热情、发展工作能力和职业素质、提高工作效率具有重要价值,而这一切的实现还需要事业单位能够建立起科学化、人性化的制度体系。鉴于当前绩效考核在事业单位人力资源管理中的运用存在着一些问题,本文对其进行了具体的分析并提出有效的改善措施。
