Extensive studies have been conducted on the binding properties of serum albumin (SA) endogenous compounds and many drugs, and little is known about the binding of amino acids to SA. Amino acid absorption pathways are almost completely blood, their binding properties to SA are undoubtedly closely related to their transport and metabolism in the body.
