各省、自治区、直辖市人力资源和社会保障厅(局)职业能力建设处,各技工院校、职业院校、职业培训机构、有关企业:为迎接2016年7月15日世界青年技能日的到来,大力推动我国青年技能人才队伍建设,人力资源社会保障部职业能力建设司和中国人力资源社会保障出版集团联合主办、《职业》杂志社承办了“世界青年技能日”主题征文活动。活动期间,共收到338篇征文稿件,其中来自66所技工院校的教师撰写的稿件240篇、学生(或技工院校毕业生)撰写的稿件93篇。征文活动组委会组织有关专家组成评奖委员会,对所有征文进行了认真审读评选,坚持公正公平的原则,评选出获奖作品58
Vocational and Technical Training Institute, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, technical institutions, vocational colleges, vocational training institutions and relevant enterprises: In order to meet the World Youth Skills Day on July 15, 2016, Vigorously promote the construction of China’s young skilled personnel team, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Professional Capacity Building Division and the China Human Resources and Social Security Publishing Group co-sponsored “professional” magazine hosted the “World Youth Skills Day” theme essay activities. During the campaign, a total of 338 essay articles were received, of which 240 articles were written by teachers from 66 technical institutions and 93 articles were written by students (or technical college graduates). The essay organizing committee organized the relevant experts to form a committee of awards, conducted a careful review of all the essay entries, insisted on the principle of fairness and fairness, and selected the winning works.
