一、前 言 由于胶接比机械连接具有更多的优点,所以在各工业部门的应用日益增多。影响胶接强度的因素很多,如:胶粘剂(分子结构、粘度、浸润性、胶层厚度、刚度、收缩率、内应力等)、被胶接物(表面粗糙度、清洁度、被粘接物的刚度等)、胶接工艺(固化温度、时间、压力等)、载荷方向等因素。测试胶接性能的方法也很多,以美国ASTM为最全面,有近100种试验方法,其中关于力学性能的约有40种。 本文主要对一些力学性能的测试方法进行简要的介绍与评论。
I. INTRODUCTION As gluing has more advantages than mechanical attachment, it is increasingly used in various industrial sectors. There are many factors that affect the bonding strength, such as: adhesive (molecular structure, viscosity, wettability, adhesive layer thickness, stiffness, shrinkage, internal stress, etc.), by the cement (surface roughness, cleanliness, Stiffness, etc.), bonding process (curing temperature, time, pressure, etc.), load direction and other factors. There are also many ways to test the bonding performance. The ASTM is the most comprehensive test in the United States with nearly 100 test methods, of which about 40 are mechanical properties. In this paper, some of the mechanical properties of the test method for a brief introduction and comment.
