新课改实施以来,教师的角色已经发生了变化,教师不仅仅是课堂教学的组织者,同时也是教学的研究者。小学语文校本教研的目的就是立足于学校的实际情况,针对语文教育过程中出现的问题研究解决的方法,从而推动小学语文课程的顺利实施。在这个过程中,小学语文教研组发挥着重要作用,作为语文教学的研究组织者,学校教研组有义务组织教师开展校本教研策略的研究,指导语文教师的专业成长。
Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the role of teachers has changed. Teachers are not only the organizers of classroom teaching but also the teaching researchers.
