Spontaneous hypertensive rat (SHR) is a new pure strain rat that was successfully isolated from Wistar rats by blood pressure as an indicator of the blood pressure as an indicator in Japan’s Kyoto University and Okamoto. Its main pathological feature is that hypertension occurs 100% from 8 weeks after birth, and systolic blood pressure can reach 200 mmHg after 5 months of age. Therefore, it has become a useful animal for the study of hypertension and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases worldwide. model. In the late 1970s, Takeichi’s chance was to find that the ability of the SHR’s thymocytes to form rosettes in guinea pig erythrocytes (RF) was significantly lower than in other rats. Using this as a clue, we systematically studied the immunopathology of SHR rats and discussed the mechanism of its occurrence. We now introduce the following.
