东平县张河桥区委、区公所根据中央三号文件精神,决定把全区二万三千九百亩山林、八千亩退耕还林地和其他林业生产项目全部实行专业承包到户。经过一段时间的工作,已发展林业大户一百五十户,承包山林二万二千亩、退耕还林地七千余亩,签订了合同,并都由所在乡政府作了公证。 今年六月,区委重新学习了中央文件,总结检查生产的发展情况。感到前几年对造林护林也采取了些措施,但由于受条条框框的束缚,政策落实仍不够彻底。
According to the document No. 3 of the Central Government, the district government office of Zhangheqiao District Office of Dongping County decided to contract and lease all the 23,900 mu of mountain forests and 8,000 mu of converted farmland to forests and other forestry production projects. After a period of work, a total of 150 large-scale forestry households have been developed, 22,000 acres have been contracted for forests, more than 7,000 acres have been returned to cultivated land, and contracts have been signed, all of which have been notarized by the host township government.
