模拟玻璃温室、塑料大棚的积盐特点,用不同浓度硝酸钙进行辣椒盆栽试验,研究土壤中硝酸钙加入量与辣椒生长及植株体内锰浓度的关系。试验结果表明;2.50g/kg硝酸钙处理对辣椒生长有明显的抑制作用,5.00g/kg处理则难以生长,7.50g/kg和10.00g/kg处理不能立苗。硝酸钙用量在低于2.50g/kg范围内,随着用量增加,辣椒叶中锰的含量由对照的85.00mg/kg上升到130.02mg/kg;而当硝酸钙含量达到5.00g/kg时,辣椒叶中的锰含量又降到50.32mg/kg.硝酸钙用量在5.00g/kg以上,因盐浓度过高直接危害辣椒生长;2.50g/kg处理的辣椒生长受到影响可能是由于锰浓度较高引起的。
The characteristics of salt accumulation in simulated glass greenhouse and plastic greenhouse were studied with different concentrations of calcium nitrate in pepper pot experiments to study the relationship between the addition of calcium nitrate in soil and the growth of pepper and the concentration of manganese in plants. The results showed that 2.50g / kg calcium nitrate could significantly inhibit the growth of pepper, while 5.00g / kg could hardly grow, while 7.50g / kg and 10.00g / kg could not stand seedlings. The amount of calcium nitrate was less than 2.50g / kg. With the increasing of the amount of manganese, the content of manganese in pepper leaves increased from 85.00mg / kg to 130.02mg / kg. When the content of calcium nitrate reached 5.00g / Kg, the content of manganese in pepper leaves dropped to 50.32mg / kg. The amount of calcium nitrate is above 5.00g / kg, which directly endangers the growth of pepper due to too high salt concentration. The growth of pepper treated with 2.50g / kg may be caused by the high manganese concentration.
