归因理论是探讨人们行为的原因与分析因果关系的理论和方法。人的发展是一个在对经验和行为不断解释中逐渐成长的过程,归因行为贯穿人的一生。本文从回顾归因理论开始,从儿童期认知的发展、青年中年期成就动机的发展和中老年信仰的发展三个方面对归因行为的学习与人的发展之间的关系进行了研究。
Attribution theory is to explore the reasons for the behavior of people and analyze the causal relationship between the theory and methods. Human development is a process of gradual growth in the constant interpretation of experience and behavior, attribution of behavior throughout the human life. This article starts from the review of attribution theory, and studies the relationship between attribution learning and human development from three aspects: the development of childhood cognition, the development of adolescent middle age motivation and the development of middle and old age faith .
