对刮板输送机的中部槽进行强度有限元分析,选取直行截煤工况,先对采煤机和中部槽进行系统力学分析,确定中部槽的受力情况,再建立中部槽三维模型,进而利用Ansys对其进行有限元强度分析,找出最大应力的部位。
The middle slot of the scraper conveyor is subjected to the strength finite element analysis. The straight coal cutting condition is selected. The mechanical analysis of the shearer and the middle slot is carried out firstly to determine the force of the middle slot. Then the three-dimensional model of the middle slot is established, Ansys finite element analysis of its strength to identify the location of the maximum stress.
