目的:优选香连金黄软膏的提取工艺和成型工艺。方法:采用单因素多水平试验优选挥发油提取和成型工艺条件;采用正交试验优选醇提和水提工艺条件。结果:挥发油提取工艺为姜黄粉碎至10目,加8倍量水提取5小时;醇提工艺为加8倍量70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次60分钟;水提工艺为加10倍量水提取2次,每次60分钟;成型工艺为水相和油相分别加热至90±2℃,将油相缓缓加到水相中,按同一方向搅拌至冷凝。结论:优选得到的新制备工艺合理、稳定、可行。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process and forming process of Fragrant Golden Delicious Ointment. Methods: One-factor and multi-level test was used to optimize the extraction and forming conditions of volatile oil. The optimum conditions of alcohol extraction and water extraction were selected by orthogonal test. Results: The volatile oil extraction process was turmeric crushed to 10 mesh, plus 8 times the amount of water extraction 5 hours; alcohol extraction process plus 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol reflux extraction three times, each time 60 minutes; water extraction process plus 10 times the amount Water extraction 2 times, each time 60 minutes; molding process for the aqueous phase and the oil phase were heated to 90 ± 2 ℃, the oil phase slowly added to the water phase, stirring in the same direction to condensation. Conclusion: The optimal preparation process is reasonable, stable and feasible.
