国外对学徒制的研究集中在关于“现代学徒制”人才培养模式的变革与创新上,国外“现代学徒制”的研究大多数以国家为主体,各国学者针对学徒制相关法律规定的教育群体、学习内容、学制年限、学时总数以及职业资格认证等具体内容进行了深入研究,探索出一些适应本国国情、效果显著的“现代学徒制”职业教育模式。本文主要就瑞士“现代学徒制”实施的成功秘诀进行研究,为我国职业教育中的学徒制,提供了借鉴。
The research on apprenticeship in foreign countries focuses on the reform and innovation of the personnel training mode of “modern apprenticeship ”.
