和谐是事物之间或构成事物诸要素之间协调融洽、协助合作、配合适当、规范有序的关系或状态。和谐促使各事物、事物各要素尽己所能、行己职责、履己义务。在经济管理中,无论是对人、财、物的管理,或是对生产、分配、交换和消费的管理;无论是对宏观经济管理,或是对微观经济管理,都应体现这种和谐关系或呈现出这种和谐状态。
