吴×,住院号C44241,女,25岁,农民,妊6产4,于1969年3月13日入院。主诉产后持续阴道流血6个月。现病史患者于1968年9月21日足月顺产一男嬰,产后出血不多,1个月后突然阴道大出血,在当地医院就诊,因疑为胎盘滞留而行清宫术,刮出物未送病理检查。术后阴道出血未止,量似月经。入院前1个月消瘦,出现恶心、呕吐、头痛,当地医院诊断为“结核性脑膜炎”,行抗结核治疗无效,转来我院。
