交配型转换/蔗糖不发酵(SWI/SNF)复合体介导的ATP依赖性染色质重塑是机体最基本的生物学过程,对转录、复制、损伤修复、染色体重组及有丝分裂等DNA代谢过程有关键的调控作用。近年来多项研究表明SWI/SNF复合体可通过多种途径参与前列腺癌发病及演进过程,如细胞周期调控、雄激素受体途径及DNA甲基化等。本文简要综述了近年来SWI/SNF复合体与前列腺癌关系的研究进展。
