本文研究了蛭弧菌对养殖草鱼水体主要水化指标的影响。试验结果表明:蛭孤菌对养殖环rrrrrrrrn境的主要水化指标具有明显的改善作用,试验组的平均COD、NH3-N、硫化物值显著低于对照组(Prrrrrrrrn<0.05),试验组的DO显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而试验组与对照组的PH值差异不显著(P>rrrrrrrrn0.05),同时提示在养殖草鱼水体中,全池泼洒10mL／m3的蛭弧菌,可有效改善水质。
In this paper, the effect of Bdellovibrio on the main hydration index of cultured grass carp was studied. The results showed that the strains of Leechs had a significant improvement on the main hydration indexes in the aquaculture environment. The average COD, NH3-N, Sulfide values were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the control group (P <0.05), while the experimental group (P> r r r r r r r r r n0.05). At the same time, in the grass carp culture, Quanchiposa 10 mL / m3 Vibrio, can effectively improve water quality.
