例1 黄××,女,35岁,工人,1965年12月24日1时30分,因人事不省2时许,急诊入院。患者于午前11时,劳动时因脐周疼痛,服“安痛片”一片,服后10分钟,突现心慌、心跳、气促、头痛、手足发麻、寒战、全身发痒及皮红,旋“不省人事”。体格检查:体温36.2℃,脉弱不清,呼吸44次/分,烦躁,神智恍惚,血压测不出,四肢冷、皮肤潮红,压之退色,伴面、手轻度浮肿,球、睑结膜充血,心音减弱。
