东海某混凝土道面早期开裂破坏明显。通过XRD分析、DSC/TG分析及偏光显微镜等多种检测方法,对混凝土原材料和芯样进行检测分析。结果表明,原材料性能稳定且混凝土安定性合格,道面基础完整,但开裂混凝土的强度偏低。分析其断裂破损的原因可能为道面混凝土在早期强度较低情况下,受温度翘曲应力、自重及外界荷载的作用发生开裂。
Early cracking of a concrete pavement in the East China Sea is obvious. By XRD analysis, DSC / TG analysis and polarization microscope and other detection methods, the concrete raw materials and core samples were detected and analyzed. The results show that the performance of raw materials is stable and the stability of concrete is qualified. The pavement foundation is complete, but the strength of cracking concrete is low. Analysis of the fracture damage may be caused by the initial low-strength concrete pavement under temperature warping stress, self-weight and the role of external load cracking occurred.
