通过改制,农商行法人治理框架基本形成,公司治理特征更加明显。但随着实践的进一步深化、现行法人治理运行中的问题正在逐渐显现从传统农信社的运作体系到股份制商业银行的管理运营架构,重要的一步是建立并完善作为股份制商业银行必须具备的公司治理结构。从十堰农商行改制后一年来的运行情况看,法人治理框架基本形成,公司治理特征更加明显,但在公司治理结构运行中也出现了诸多“矛”与“盾”的冲突,需要循序渐进,逐步完善,真正实现法人治理结构由“形似”向“神似”转变。
