脑血管疾病是一种内科最常见的多发病,它可带来终身致残——瘫痪。我院从1993年1月到12月,12个月来收治的脑血管疾病中不同程度的瘫痪病人192例进行观察,发现他们有各种不同心理特点: 1.恐惧心理:83％的病人忍受不了突如其来的精神打击和瘫痪带来痛苦,加之来到陌生有规障制度的医院生活难以适应,周围病人治疗无效死亡带来的刺激,都可产生恐惧心理。 2.烦躁不安:瘫痪病人多数病程长,治疗效果不佳,因而顾虑较多。69％病人情绪消沉、悲观,甚至极易产生
