为了查明我国土壤侵蚀现状,绘制全国各地区土壤侵蚀类型图,掌握土壤侵蚀方面的信息,为保护与合理利用水土资源提供依据,要求规定全国统一的土壤侵蚀分类及分级的标准。水电部农田水利司水土保持处已起草了“关于土壤侵蚀程度分级标准、水土保持治理标准及效益计算的具体方法等问题的初步意见”。黄河、长江、淮河等流域以及某些省、区也已制定了这种标准。为了有利于开展这个问题的讨论与研究,本文介绍了一些土壤侵蚀分类与分级的方法。
In order to find out the status quo of soil erosion in our country, map the types of soil erosion in all regions of the country and master the information on soil erosion so as to provide the basis for the protection and rational utilization of water and soil resources. It is required to stipulate a unified national standard for soil erosion classification and grading. The Ministry of Water and Soil Conservation, Ministry of Mines and Water Resources, Department of Soil and Water Conservation has drafted the Preliminary Opinions on Grading Standards of Soil Erosion, Soil and Water Conservation Management Standards and Specific Methods of Benefit Calculation. The Yellow River, the Yangtze River, the Huaihe River Basin and some provinces and districts have also developed such a standard. In order to facilitate the discussion and research on this issue, this paper introduces some methods of soil erosion classification and classification.
