为了探讨叶片最佳倾斜角对径高比或外壁面扩张角的依赖关系,作者对具有不同倾斜角叶片的环形透平静叶栅做了吹风实验。实验结果表明:最佳倾斜角与径高比或外壁面扩张角之间存在着单调函数关系,即随着径高比或外壁面扩张角的增大,最佳倾斜角增加。采用最佳倾斜角叶片,不仅能有效地控制二次流,而且还能提高气流的作功能力及改善栅后流动特性。
In order to investigate the dependence of the optimum pitch angle on the aspect ratio or the expansion angle of the outer wall, the author conducted a blowing experiment on a toroidal turbine stator blade with different tilt angle blades. The experimental results show that there is a monotonous function relationship between the optimum tilt angle and the aspect ratio or the expansion angle of the outer wall. That is, the optimum tilt angle increases with the increase of the aspect ratio or the expansion angle of the outer wall. Adopting the best inclination angle blade, not only can effectively control the secondary flow, but also improve the working ability of the airflow and improve the gate flow characteristics.
