还原回转窑内结圈的形成因素及其预防

本文根据国内外有关还原回转窑内结圈的现象作了分析,并提出了防止结圈的措施。作者认为在窑头喷射还原剂,适当地控制窑头火焰温度,使操作温度低于煤粉软熔点T_1温度以下,采用窑内延长均温区的热工制度,保证入窑原料有良好的强度,尽力降低窑内的粉化率等措施,可以做到不结圈,稳定回转窑操作运行。 This paper analyzes the phenomenon of restoring the knot loops in rotary kiln at home and abroad, and puts forward the measures to prevent knot. The author thinks that reducing agent should be sprayed on the kiln head to control the flame temperature of the kiln head properly so that the operating temperature is lower than the T_1 temperature of the soft melting point of the coal powder and the thermal system of extending the soaking temperature in the kiln ensures the good strength of the raw material into the kiln , Try to reduce the kiln powder rate and other measures can be done without loop, stable operation of rotary kiln operation.
