1998年,姚毅回到祖国,在成都高新区留学人员创业园成立了成都拓能新技术有限责任公司,从事ARTP系统在国内的研制和完善以及相关的配套产品生产。自此,姚毅开始了他的故乡创业新路。1 “姚毅是一块搞研究的料子。”姚毅的老师们都这样评价他。1978年,姚毅考入国防科技大学机械力学系,1984年获硕士学位后留校任教,从事教学及生物力学方面的研究。在校期间,他负责组装了中国第一台图像采集系统,同时他负责的三维光弹自动处理研究
