[目的]探讨5.12汶川地震受灾地区医院后勤保障的应急准备中存在的问题和缺陷,为医院后勤应急准备工作提供有价值的参考。[方法]通过对地震医疗救援和医院应急准备的文献回顾,对地震灾区11家医院进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。[结果]地震灾区医院在应急预案、通讯计划等方面得分较低。[结论]基于以上分析,本文指出了医院现存的问题以及在医院应急准备方面改进的方向。
[Objective] To discuss the problems and shortcomings in emergency preparedness of hospital logistic support in 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake-afflicted areas and provide valuable reference for emergency logistical preparation of hospital. [Methods] Through literature review of earthquake medical rescue and hospital emergency preparedness, 11 hospitals in the earthquake-stricken area were surveyed and the results were analyzed. [Results] The hospitals in the earthquake-hit areas scored lower in contingency plan and communication plan. [Conclusion] Based on the above analysis, this paper points out the existing problems in the hospital and the direction of improvement in the emergency preparedness of the hospital.
