国际R&D通过进口贸易的传导机制对我国产生技术溢出效应,而这种溢出效应的发生又依赖于国内的技术吸收能力,这一结论已得到很多研究的证实。但现有研究多仅用人力资本反映国内技术吸收能力,而忽略了国内研发支出这一重要因素对技术吸收能力的影响。用人力资本和研发支出两个因素反映技术吸收能力,实证检验了通过进口贸易导入的国际R&D对我国全要素生产率的影响,发现国际R&D显著提高了我国的全要素生产率,但在这一过程中,人力资本与国内研发支出交互作用下的技术吸收能力发挥了不可替代的作用,人力资本水平与研发支出的共同提高是促进进口贸易技术溢出效应的最佳途径。
The R & D of international R & D has produced a technology spillover effect to our country through the conduction mechanism of import trade, and the occurrence of this spillover effect depends on the absorption of domestic technology. This conclusion has been confirmed by many researches. However, the existing researches only use human capital to reflect the absorptivity of domestic technology, but neglect the influence of the important factor of domestic research and development expenditure on absorptive capacity of technology. The two factors of human capital and R & D expenditures reflect the absorptive capacity of technology, and the impact of international R & D introduced by import trade on TFP in China is tested empirically. It is found that international R & D significantly increases China’s total factor productivity, but in this process , Human capital and domestic R & D expenditures have played an irreplaceable role in technology absorption. The combination of human capital and R & D expenditures is the best way to promote the technology spillover effect of import trade.
